Clabber Girl is proud to have Eddie Wilson as their Corporate Executive Chef. Chef Eddie, as he is commonly known in the motor sports community, will share his time between his corporate duties as Executive Chef for Clabber Girl, and his duties as the Executive Chef for the Indy Racing League.

Eddie’s unique style and personality have contributed to building his extensive career in Culinary Corporate Hospitality. The Denver native has prepared meals for private meetings between President Bush and Premier Gorbachev, dinner engagements for Presidents Bush, Clinton and Ford and large banquets presented by the Professional Golfer’s Association, both political conventions and the Indy Racing League.

Chef Eddie travels the Indy Car Series preparing meals for the race sanctioning body, corporate guests, drivers, executives and celebrities. As a member of the Clabber Girl team, he is responsible for using his expertise to create recipes for the Clabber Girl brands such as the new multi-purpose baking mix and he teaches and entertains interactive classes for the Clabber Girl Culinary Courses held in Clabber Girl’s demonstration kitchen at the Clabber Girl Corporate Headquarters.
